Our preferred method of communication is email, as we find using one centralised form of communication is more efficient and there is an electronic record of our communication.

For all non-urgent maintenance requests, please log a maintenance request: 

 

 

 

If you have an urgent request where a person or property is in immediate danger of damage or injury. For example, this could include issues like burst pipes, dangerous electrical faults, or structural damage please call 022 154 6558

Outside of these hours your emails will most likely be answered the next working day.
