URGENT MAINTENANCE

Call us immediately on 022 154 6558 if you have any urgent maintenance issue that poses a risk to the tenant's health or safety, or to the property itself.

For example:

A burst hot/cold water pipe
A gas leak
A dangerous electrical fault
Serious flood damage
Fire damage
Any fault or damage that makes the rented property unsafe

NON-URGENT MAINTENANCE

It is our policy that all non-urgent maintenance requests must be submitted online. We ask that you submit maintenance requests online to avoid confusion and to ensure we have a clear record of your request.

When making a request, please be as specific as possible about the problem.

For life-threatening emergencies, please call 111.
